As the founder and developer of Digitally Tailored, I have designed and developed multiple digital platforms that now cater to tens of thousands of users. Creating advanced interactive client-facing tools that deliver immersive experiences and foster user engagement is my priority across all projects. To boost my clients’ online visibility, I introduce and implement SEO-boosting functionality, ensuring their sites receive high search engine rankings.

Additionally, I regularly develop and contribute to open source software to better the industry, positioning Digitally Tailored as an innovative and forward-thinking partner in the web development space. My results-driven approach, coupled with my technical expertise has established Digitally Tailored as a successful provider of digital projects.

Geomiq / Lead Developer

June 2018 – August 2019,  London

I was responsible for shaping the technical direction of the start-up. I wrote the project specifications based on the roadmap, minimum viable product (MVP) status, and ongoing business needs. I led a cross-functional development team and implemented unique features to the manufacturing industry, resulting in the successful scaling of the business. My work also included designing and implementing a fully automated production flow which helped in securing funding from multiple investors. Through my leadership and technical expertise, I enabled Geomiq to thrive as a leading force in the manufacturing industry.

HENI / Digital Development Manager

October 2015 – July 2018,  London

As the Digital Development Manager at HENI, an independent art publisher, I began by developing internal and client software and sites, primarily using WordPress. My role quickly evolved into building and managing the HENI Group development team, providing services for international art service providers and high-profile artists. Through my leadership, the development team delivered exceptional digital solutions that went above and beyond to meet the needs of our clients.

Commerce-Connections / Software Developer

September 2011 – October 2015,  Woking

As a Software Developer at Commerce Connections, I initially focused on technical responsibilities. However, as I progressed in the role, I also gained experience in various aspects of B2B services. My contributions extended beyond technical consultation to include management of a team of developers and national technical consultation. Through my diverse range of responsibilities, I was able to deliver successful results for Commerce Connections’ clients.

Intraining / Referral Officer

March  2006 – September 2011,  Woking

As the Referral Officer at Intraining, I was primarily responsible for recording accurate learner data to secure government funding. I also trained staff and delivered other key administrative functions across the South East. My meticulous attention to detail and organizational skills allowed me to efficiently manage multiple responsibilities and ensure the smooth operation of Intraining’s programs.
